Practitioners specialise in a wide range of areas within family law including but not limited to ancillary relief (big money claims, jurisdictional issues, intervener claims and s37 MCA applications), children (wardship, removal from jurisdiction, residence/contact, child maintenance and guardianship orders), injunctive relief (occupation and non-molestation), public law care proceedings and matrimonal issues (domestic divorce and the international dimension under the Family Law Act 1986).
