Emma joined Chambers in July 2022 following the successful completion of her third six pupillage. She has experience across all of Chambers’ core practice areas, and is regularly instructed by financial institutions, companies and individuals in matters of banking and finance, contract, insolvency and property.


Prior to pupillage, Emma developed considerable experience at an international litigation firm on complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional matters across a variety of practice areas, including commercial litigation, civil fraud, international judgment enforcement, and white collar crime. Her matters involved multi-week trials in disputes between companies and banks in the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Divisions. Emma also assisted with the representation of Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn in her claim against the King Emeritus of Spain, and Navinder Sarao in his extradition defence, trial preparation and co-operation with U.S. authorities.
