A member of Chambers since 2003, Pramod has been a door tenant since 2014 when he relocated to Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands and where is currently practices as a dual-qualified status Barrister (with a current practicing certificate in England & Wales) and Attorney-at-Law (Cayman Islands) (admitted October 2014).
An MBA graduate, Pramod now covers a broad spectrum of work in a local firm on the islands including almost all aspects of civil litigation and relief, including property disputes, commercial leases, landlord & tenant matters, employment and commercial disputes including debt recovery work with an international aspect. He also continues to provide advice, representation and expertise in family matters (for which he was perhaps best known in England & Wales) across the board covering public and private law matters, now also assisting high net worth (HNW) individuals with cross-border asset and enforcement issues.
